I really enjoyed the place- service, taste and atmosphere were top notch! Exotic pastries in the range of €10+ however the delicious coffees are reasonably priced!
Pastries are delicious. Service used to be excellent, and still is when the owner is present, but otherwise it has declined to a point that makes me realize that paying double of what I pay at other bakeries in Milan is not warranted. When you pay that much, you should get excellent food AND service.
I ordered a fruit cake for 8 people. I paid 50 euros (very much a high price, but ok). The problem and where the cheat comes is when I opened the cake and for sure it was not for 8 people. I asked and they alleged that the cake was for 8. A 18cm diameter is not for 8 people.
In terms of presentation and taste was good, but not worthy the price.
Enjoyed a raspberry tart and strawberry mousse cake. The tart was classic and well done, the crust was perfectly baked, nice and crunchy to contrast the two types of creams inside.
The strawberry mousse cake was not good at all. The mirror glaze/icing on the top was way to thick and gelatinous. The mirror glaze texture is not a nice texture you want when trying to enjoy a light and delicate mousse cake. And there was not te texture contrast (crunchy) to balance the pastry.
Overall not worth the price at all.
Table service needs to be improved! We waited for 30 minutes to be attended + they forgot to bring my order afterwards. The plastic plates are broken and the chair was also broken.
Pastry is very good though.
Quite and cozy place where you can enjoy coffee and pastries. I tried the mousse chocolate with pistacchio and red berries, although seemed to be well done and curated I couldn’t taste all the different flavors, just chocolate. I then ordered 3 small ones. The tiramisu was not good at all and the choux was pretty enjoyable. Not my favorite place in milan.
Some times they serve Burncross songs and the cappuccino in the place is nasty
Worst customer service ever! I stood in line behind someone for 12 minutes but then they helped someone that just came in the door and walked to the front of the 3 person line. I walked out and will never come back
